ComeIn-We'reOpen

Village Press. Open day. Spring/Summer 2012.
Yesterday I had the chance to spend my evening at Village Press Showroom and see racks and racks of wonderful clothes. Not only three floors full of  shoes, clothes and accessories from many different brands: Kenzo, Ashish, Bstore, Cacharel, Peter Jensen, Rag&Bone, just to name a few, but also an amazing and quite uncommon welcome with yummy hot-dogs and cidre. You can check their website here. Thank you so much for having me, guys. Gonna enjoy your sparklers tonight!

A sophisticated movie: Jan Ahlgren

It's always difficult to choose the best photos, but this time it's been even harder.
Jan Ahlgren's collection was truly inspiring. Think of old movies: the more you watch them the more you realize how innovative they are.
I opted to post some details to convey the magical allure of this collection
You can find more pictures on Victoria's blog and enjoy the lookbook here.

Me with a Jan Ahlgren fabolous piece
(calling it "cardi" would be an over-simplification)

Thank you so much to Jan Ahlgren and Victoria for this precious experience.

The Ultimate Home Accessories

Yesterday was one of those day in which you feel so happy and satisfied you could barely believe it.
I went with my friend Victoria from stylemarmalade to the presentation of Pearl Lowe limited edition candel collection in collaboration with DP London.
When I entered the room the smell was so pure and evocative that I started travelling really far; the ocean, the forest, the rain, the sun and then India, native americans, gipsies, they all came to my mind.
And if the fragrances are evocative, the packaging is totally "Pearl Lowe" style: a sophisticated singer,an amazing designer, an appealing woman, and a natural and elegant mother.

"For me scent is quity simply the ultimate home accessory. I love trasforming the mood with these candels and find candlelight so decadent. They envelope a room with scent that lingers for hours, and create complete calm in my home..." Pearl Lowe

Now that I have the "Spiced Punch" candle on my bedroom and the scent is all around, I'm expecting some interesting dreams tonight.

You can find the Pearl Lowe for DP London Candle at Selfridges, ASOS.com and www.dplondon.com
Thanks to DP London, Shannon Finnerman and Pearl Lowe for this precious day.
